WHAT MAKES US UNIQUE?

The most UNIQUE and OUTSTANDING feature of Ohana House is that we're one of only a few houses with NO rear neighbors in Windsor Hills -- which is very important when looking for a vacation house in the major rental communities. We even took it one step further and had the right and left walls of our pool patio enclosure professionally frosted, resulting in total privacy on all sides of the pool area. Scroll through our photo gallery to see the view! If you choose a home with a rear neighbor in Windsor Hills, the pool areas in many cases can come as close as 10 feet together -- not very private. Many other homes advertising “No Rear Neighbors” simply refer to not having “one” rear neighbor whereas Ohana House is TOTALLY private!

TIP: Be sure to check Google Maps to compare before making your choice! This massive 6 bedroom pool villa features the best location in Windsor Hills with a private lake view and a short 5 minute walk to the Windsor Hills clubhouse/resort pools and waterpark. This home comfortably sleeps 13 guests (13 beds total). With upgrades such as wall-mounted Smart HDTV's in all bedrooms, video game systems such as Xbox One and PS4, high speed secure WiFi powered by a 1GB Fiber connection, newly upgraded kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel high-end appliances, a fully-loaded STAR WARS game room, professional, modern interior design with hints of Disney throughout, and an incredible sun-kissed lanai, private pool with spillover spa tub.

Our home features porcelain plank tile flooring throughout. No dirty, grungy carpeting to be found anywhere. The beddoom layout is as follows, and the number corresponds to the image(s) in our photo gallery.
